By registering an account, logging in, or using the Agrikrishi platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of Agrikrishi constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
As a farmer or seller, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of your listings — including crop details, pricing, photos, and location information. You must own or have the right to sell the items you list. Prohibited content includes misleading information, counterfeit goods, illegal items, or any content that violates Indian law. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.
Agrikrishi facilitates connections between farmers, buyers, transporters, and experts but is not a party to any transaction between users. All agreements on pricing, delivery, quality, and payment terms are solely between the transacting parties. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions. Users are encouraged to communicate clearly and document their agreements.
Agrikrishi offers free and premium subscription plans. Free users have limited access to contact views and listings per month. Premium plans unlock additional features and are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
Agrikrishi is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing, transaction, or expert advice. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms, engage in harmful conduct, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform and its users. Upon termination, your listings may be removed and your data handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
